Meet Kristy Coppa, LMP
I believe my effectiveness with client issues and injuries is due to my nurturing, non-judgmental manner of communicating. I utilize and encourage much communication with clients, since no one knows your own body as well as you do. Through communication I am able to aid clients in questioning and finding logic in the messages displayed by their body.
I soundly believe in educating my clients whenever possible. I am open to the information and education I receive from my clients during sessions as well.
I encourage my clients to look and listen to their bodies intimately. I emphasize the client’s responsibility for maintaining their health, am privileged to participate in their pursuit and know that knowledge is the most powerful medicine.
I provide injury treatment massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage (relaxation), hot stone massage or a combination of therapeutic and relaxation massage depending on the need of the individual.
